I’m shifting to summer vacation mode, so the twice-weekly delivery of new content will be temporarily paused through August.
But I have a summer school challenge for you:
Test the Risk Radar and/or submit a deal for The Debrief, and you’ll be entered to win a chocolate bar exclusive to Switzerland - your choice of more than ten varieties, hand-picked and mailed by me.
Get your homework in on time: I’ll be selecting ten winners at random the last week of August.
Summer School Challenge #1
Test the Risk Radar
The Risk Radar is unproven - let’s try to break it!
How to do it:
GO to the Risk Radar resources page.
DOWNLOAD the Risk Radar and the AI-powered how-to guide.
PLOT the Radar against the offering materials of a deal. Ideally an exited deal, though one at least two years in could work as well.
ANALYZE the results. Did the Risk Radar foreshadow breaking points that stressed the deal? psst: you can use AI for that too… here’s the guide.
EMAIL a summary of your findings to hello@netzeroisawin.com. Please include:
Did the guide and AI prompts work?
How did the Risk Radar projections compare to the actual results?
What was missed?
Comments or other suggestions that would make the Risk Radar more effective?
Summer School Challenge #2
Submit a Deal for The Debrief
I started The Debrief to help myself and others sharpen their analysis skills via retrospective analysis. Each deal is unique, but every review provides valuable lessons and surprising insights.
How to do it:
READ the Submissions page.
USE the AI-powered anonymization guide.
GENERATE the anonymized summary of your deal.
EMAIL the anonymized summary to hello@netzeroisawin.com. Please include:
The anonymized summary as an attachment, or a link to a place I can download it.
Any topics or questions you’d like addressed and/or avoided.

Check out the six-part pro forma series that demonstrates how flawed assumptions and seemingly inconsequential changes can dramatically impact investor returns.
Happy Summer Everyone!
I look forward to hearing from you.
